From the coasts

Restaurant-grade, lakeside.

You shouldn't have to drive to the city for real seafood. We bring it to the lake — Chilean sea bass, wild king salmon, U/10 Hokkaido scallops, king crab, colossal shrimp — the kind of selection you'd expect from a coastal fish market, sitting in a case in Osage Beach.

It's the natural partner to our beef. Sear a Wagyu filet, add a few scallops or a split of Chilean sea bass, and you've got a surf-and-turf dinner on the dock that beats any reservation. Cut and portioned fresh, to order.

Good to know

Seafood questions.

How fresh is your seafood?

We bring in seafood fresh from the coasts — Chilean sea bass, wild-caught salmon, Hokkaido scallops, king crab and Gulf shrimp — so you get restaurant-grade quality without leaving the Lake of the Ozarks. Selection rotates with what's best.

Do you have sushi-grade fish?

Our selection includes premium, restaurant-grade fish. Availability of sushi-grade cuts varies day to day — call ahead and we'll tell you what's in.

What pairs with a steak dinner?

For surf and turf, our scallops, shrimp and Chilean sea bass are favorites next to a Wagyu or prime steak. Add crab for a full lake-house feast.

Can I order seafood ahead?

Yes — order online or order ahead for pickup at our Osage Beach shop, and we'll have it ready and fresh.
